If you’re anything like most of the people who walk into my studio, you’ve probably said something along the lines of, “I hate having my picture taken.” I hear it almost every session. The good news is that you don’t have to know how to pose, where to look, or what to do with your hands. That’s my job. I’ll guide you through every step of the experience so that by the time we’re finished, you’ll leave with images you’re genuinely excited to use.
Who are professional headshots for?
Professional headshots are a wonderful fit for business professionals, military members, healthcare providers, attorneys, educators, real estate agents, graduates entering the workforce, and anyone ready to replace an outdated profile photo with something that reflects where they are today.
YOUR HEADSHOT SESSION
Your professional headshot session begins with a $295 session fee, which includes your fully guided portrait experience in my downtown Clarksville studio and your choice of one professionally retouched digital image. I photograph tethered to my laptop, so we’ll be able to view your images as we go. Everything is selected and paid for during your appointment, making the process simple and seamless from beginning to end.
My downtown Clarksville studio is equipped with a variety of professional backdrops, allowing us to create a look that best fits your profession, your personal style, or your company’s brand. Whether you’re looking for something bright and modern, classic and timeless, or a little more editorial, we’ll choose a backdrop that feels right for you.
I also don’t put a strict timer on your session. If you’d like to bring a second blazer, swap ties, change into a different outfit, or create a few different looks while you’re here, you’re welcome to. My goal isn’t to rush you through a checklist, but rather to ensure sure you leave with portraits you’re genuinely excited to use.

Your Portrait Reveal
Once we’ve finished photographing, we’ll move over to the viewing area where you’ll see your portraits immediately on the big screen.
Each image will already have soft edits applied, giving you a beautiful preview of your finished look. Together, we’ll narrow down your favorites, select your included professionally retouched headshot, and if you'd like, you’ll have the opportunity to add additional images to your collection before leaving the studio.
Your selected portraits are then individually hand-retouched and delivered within 24 hours.
